Hanesco AG was founded by Hans Hess in 2006. The purpose of the company is to provide international management consulting services to industrial companies:

• Services as non-executive board member (incl. non-executive chairman)
• Services as strategy consultant for industrial companies
  
• Investments and equity participations
• Family business succession advisory

Hanesco AG is incorporated as a Swiss Aktiengesellschaft owned by the Hess family.
The Board of Directors of Hanesco AG consists of Hans Hess (chairman of the board) and Lars Niggemann (non-executive board member).
